To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all our guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following rules during your time at our accommodation:Check-In and Check-Out Times:
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.
Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur additional charges.
Non-Smoking Policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas. Any violation will result in a cleaning fee of up to NT$20,000, as per local regulations.
No Parties or Events:
Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed on the premises. Violations may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
Noise Levels:
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, to respect other guests.
Room Capacity:
Please adhere to the maximum room occupancy as stated in your booking confirmation. Additional guests may result in extra charges or refusal of entry.
Property Care:
Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of the room and all provided items. Damages may result in repair or replacement fees.
Lost or Stolen Items:
The accommodation is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended. Please use the in-room safe for valuables.
Key and Access:
Guests must return all keys or access cards upon check-out. Lost keys or cards will incur a replacement fee.
Fire Safety:
Do not tamper with smoke detectors or other safety equipment. Familiarize yourself with emergency exits.
Visitors Policy:
Visitors are allowed only with prior approval and may not stay overnight without registration.
Cleaning and Housekeeping:
Regular room service cleaning is provided once for every 7-night stay.
For stays of 3 nights or more, towels will be exchanged once during your stay.
Daily housekeeping is available upon request. Please inform us if you do not wish to be disturbed.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated in your booking details.
Illegal Activities:
Any illegal activity on the premises is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
