下記遵守を前提としてご予約お願いします。 1. 旅館業法に基き、事前に氏名、住所、職業等の個人情報の登録を行って下さい。 2. 定員はそれぞれ本館2Fは8名、本館3Fは8名、本館4Fは6名、ANEEX館は18名です。 3. 室内では玄関で靴を脱いでください｡ 4. 敷地内全面禁煙 5. 騒音禁止です。特に午後21時~午前7時までは近隣の方々の就寝時間となります。 6. 宿泊者以外の方をお部屋内に連れ込まないでください。 7. 部屋に設置してある家具や備品(ﾄｲﾚｯﾄﾍﾟｰﾊﾟｰなど)を持ち帰らないでください。 8. 外出時は必ずｴｱｺﾝ､ﾃﾚﾋﾞ､照明、などの電源を切ってから外出をお願いします｡ 9. ペットの連れ込みは禁止です。 10. 室内ゴミ箱もしくは屋外ゴミ置場にゴミを残してﾁｪｯｸｱｳﾄしてください｡ 11. ﾀｵﾙやﾘﾈﾝ類は1人1枚ずつの使用でお願いします｡また、ご自身での洗濯をお願いします｡ 12. 滞在中の清掃はいたしません｡お部屋が汚れた場合は掃除をお願いします｡(15日以上の長期滞在の場合は応相談) 13. 緊急時にはすぐに電話やSMSで連絡してください｡ 14. 部屋を綺麗に使ってください｡ﾁｪｯｸｱｳﾄの際には来た時と同じ状態になるよう､お願いします｡ 15. ﾁｪｯｸｱｳﾄが遅れ､清掃業務に支障が出た場合に追加料金をお支払いいただく場合がございます｡ 16. ｱﾀｯｼｭｹｰｽ､ﾍﾞﾋﾞｰｶｰ等､普通ｺﾞﾐとして処理できない残地物がある場合､処分費用を請求します。 17.上記ハウスルールに違反した場合、下記に定める罰金を請求致します。 i. 人数超過：1名につき基本宿泊費の50% ii. チェックアウト遅延：30分5,000円 iii. 喫煙：30,000円 iv. 騒音等により近隣から苦情が出た場合：30,000円 v. 家具備品の破損及び盗難：実費＋設置費10,000円 vi. その他：状況に応じて応相談Please make your reservation subject to the following: 1. In accordance with the Inns and Hotels Act, please register your personal information, including your name, address, and occupation, in advance. 2. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests on the 2nd floor of the Main Building, 8 guests on the 3rd floor of the Main Building, 6 guests on the 4th floor of the Main Building, and 18 guests in the ANEEX building. 3. Please remove your shoes at the entrance when entering the room. 4. Smoking is prohibited on the entire premises. 5. Noise pollution is prohibited, especially between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM, as this is sleeping time for neighbors. 6. Please do not bring anyone other than guests into your room. 7. Please do not remove furniture or equipment from the room (such as toilet paper). 8. Please be sure to turn off the air conditioner, television, lights, etc. before leaving. 9. Pets are not permitted. 10. Please leave your trash in the indoor trash can or outdoor trash area when you check out. 11. Please use one towel and linen per person. Please also wash them yourself. 12. Cleaning will not be provided during your stay. Please clean the room if it gets dirty. (This is negotiable for long-term stays of 15 days or more.) 13. In the event of an emergency, please contact us immediately by phone or SMS. 14. Please keep the room clean. Please leave the room in the same condition upon check-out as when you arrived. 15. If your check-out is late and causes inconvenience to cleaning staff, you may be required to pay an additional fee. 16. If there are any leftover items that cannot be disposed of as regular trash, such as an attache case or stroller, a disposal fee will be charged. 17. If the above house rules are violated, the following penalties will be charged. i. Excessive guests: 50% of the basic accommodation fee per person ii. Late check-out: 5,000 yen for every 30 minutes iii. Smoking: 30,000 yen iv. Complaints from neighbors due to noise, etc.: 30,000 yen v. Damage or theft of furniture and fixtures: Actual cost + installation fee of 10,000 yen vi. Other: Negotiable depending on the situation.
