【ご宿泊に関しての留意事項】 (１)チェックイン前及びチェックアウト後の荷物のお預かりサービスは行っておりません。 チェックアウトは午前11時です。遅れた場合は1時間毎に3,000円の罰金を頂戴します。 次のチェックインのお客様へご迷惑となりますので、お時間を必ずお守りください。 また、チェックアウト時は必ずドアを施錠していただき、キーボックスへ鍵を保管してください。鍵を紛失されますと、弁償していただきます。 (２)チェックイン時間は16時となっております。 ※16時迄にチェックインが出来ない場合は必ず、事前にメッセージをお願い致します。 基本的に18時以降の電話対応は行っておりません。よって、以下のようなトラブル防止の観点から、16時迄のチェックイン又は事前に現地確認する事を強くお勧め致します。 「暗くて宿泊施設が分からない」「お部屋の鍵を開けることができない」「どこの部屋か分からない」など。 (３)施設にはホストが居ません。 入室方法はチェックイン当日の朝に送信されますメールにてお伝え致します。 (４)宿泊者以外の入室はお断りしております。宿泊者以外の入室が有った場合、ご宿泊の有無を問わず追加料金を請求致します。 (５)万が一、備え付け家電等の不具合が発生しても18時以降は対応出来かねます。 (６)利用された食器・調理器具を洗浄なく放置された場合、別途洗浄費用として請求させて頂きます。　 (７)粗大ごみの残置は決して行わないで下さい。万が一発見しました場合は関係機関へ相談させて頂き、迷惑料として1万円請求させて頂きます。ゴミは分別してゴミ袋に入れてください。 (８)客室は禁煙です。喫煙は喫煙スペースにてお願いいたします。喫煙後の吸い殻のお持ち帰りをお願いいたします。 駐車場やベランダから吸い殻をポイ捨てしないでください。枯れ草に火が燃え移ってしまうと大変危険ですので絶対にしないでください！ (９)部屋を出る時は照明やエアコンの電源を切ってください。サウナの電源ボタンも確実に切れているかご確認ください。節電のご協力をお願いいたします。 ※サウナの電源は6時間後に自動でOFFになります。 (１０)寝具等を汚損された場合、買い替えが必要となってしまった場合は別途請求させていただくことがございます。 (１１)その他当施設内での盗難、紛失等は責任を負いかねます。 尚、お客様による備品の破損等は別途ご請求させていただきます。 （１２）ペットのお持込みは禁止です。発見した場合には清掃料として、10,000円請求させていただきます。
【Notes Regarding Accommodation】 (1) We do not provide luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out will incur a penalty of 3,000 yen per hour. Please be sure to check in on time to avoid causing inconvenience to the next check-in guest. Also, upon check-out, please be sure to lock the door and keep your key in the key box. If you lose your key, you will be required to pay compensation. (2) Check-in time is 4:00 PM. ※If you cannot check in by 4:00 PM, please be sure to send us a message in advance. We generally do not answer phone calls after 6:00 PM. Therefore, to avoid the following issues, we strongly recommend checking in by 4:00 PM or checking the property in advance. "It's too dark to find the property," "I can't unlock my room," "I don't know which room it is," etc. (3) There is no host at the property. You will receive an email on the morning of your check-in date with instructions on how to enter the property. (4) Non-guests are not allowed to enter the room. If non-guests enter the room, an additional fee will be charged regardless of whether they are staying at the hotel or not. (5) In the unlikely event that a malfunction occurs with the provided appliances, we will not be able to respond after 6:00 PM. (6) If used dishes or cooking utensils are left unwashed, a separate cleaning fee will be charged. (7) Please do not leave bulky garbage behind. If we discover any, we will consult with the relevant authorities and charge a nuisance fee of 10,000 yen. Please separate your garbage and place it in a garbage bag. (8) Smoking is prohibited in the guest rooms. Please smoke in the designated smoking area. Please take your cigarette butts with you after smoking. Please do not litter cigarette butts in the parking lot or on the balcony. This is extremely dangerous as it could catch fire on dry grass, so please do not do this! (9) Please turn off the lights and air conditioner when leaving the room. Please also make sure the sauna power button is turned off. We appreciate your cooperation in conserving electricity. * The sauna will automatically turn off after 6 hours. (10) If bedding etc. is soiled or needs to be replaced, we may charge you separately. (11) We are not responsible for any theft or loss within the facility. Please note that we will charge you separately for any damage to equipment caused by guests. (12) Pets are not permitted inside the facility. If any pets are found, we will charge you a cleaning fee of 10,000 yen.
