Please note that if you do not agree, you will not be able to stay. ▼ Please be sure to check out on time. If you leave the room 30 minutes later than the scheduled time, an extension fee of 2,200 yen will be charged for every 30 minutes. ▼ If you lose or damage your key, you will be required to pay a 9,000 yen fee. Furthermore, if you damage any in-room fixtures, you will be charged appropriate compensation, so please use the room with care and caution. ▼ Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. If discovered, you will be required to pay a penalty of 50,000 yen. ▼ If a fire is caused by your negligence and the room becomes unusable, you will be charged appropriate compensation. Please take utmost care to manage fire sources. ▼ We strictly prohibit guests from staying in excess of the number of people booked. Violations will result in double the accommodation fee. ▼ Please be aware that fines will be incurred in the following cases: - Excessive soiling of the room (including leaving your shoes on while using the room) - Significant soiling of linens or towels - Leaving bulky trash such as suitcases unattended ▼ Please be careful not to leave anything behind when you leave your room. Food items will be disposed of, and other items left behind will be kept for one week. ▼ Please refrain from loitering outside the entrance, smoking, or littering cigarette butts. Violations will result in a fine. ▼ Coming in and out at night will cause a nuisance to neighboring residents, so please be sure to be quiet.
