Do not bring non-guests into the room without permission. Also, if you make a reservation with an excessive number of guests or a false number of guests, a penalty of 5,000 yen will be charged for each excessive or false number of guests, so please be aware of this in advance. 5. Do not take away any interior items or fixtures (such as toilet paper) from the room. 6. Please be sure to turn off the air conditioner, TV, lights, etc. before going out. 7. Please leave trash in the room when you check out. We will clean it up. 8. Please use one towel and linen per person. 9. Cleaning will not be provided during your stay. If the room becomes dirty, please clean it. 10. In case of an emergency, please contact us immediately by phone or SMS. 11. Please keep the room clean. Please leave the room in the same condition when you check out. 12. If you would like to extend your stay, please contact us at least two days in advance. If you apply for an extension on the day, half of the cleaning fee will be charged as a cleaning cancellation fee. 13. If you check out late, you will be charged an additional fee of 2,000 yen and an additional 2,000 yen per hour. 14. If your check out is late and causes problems for cleaning, you may be charged an additional fee. Please be aware of this in advance. 15. If you leave behind any items that cannot be disposed of as regular garbage, such as an attache case or baby stroller, please note that we may charge you a disposal fee. 16. If any items, furniture, or fixtures left in the room are damaged or soiled, we will ask you to pay compensation. 17. If the linens are severely stained and cannot be removed, we may ask you to pay compensation. 18.
