施設利用規約 ゴミの分別 ゴミは分別し、まとめて置いて頂くよう、ご協力お願いいたします。 プラスチック、生ごみ、燃えるゴミはまとめて捨てていただいて構いません。 ペットボトルは一緒の袋にまとめてください。 ビン・カンは一緒の袋にまとめておいてください。 ３泊以上でお部屋にゴミが溜まった場合はお知らせください。 段ボールごみは回収致しかねます。ご自身で処分いただけますようお願いいたします。 施設の保全 施設は大切に使用してください。万一、ご利用にあたって器物破損など損害が発生した場合は、損害額をご負担頂く場合がございます。 損害が発生した場合は、チェックアウト時にご連絡ください。 設備、備品の利用 施設内に付属する設備、備品は施設内での使用を目的としています。持ち出しはご遠慮ください。 万一、備品等を紛失した場合は、再調達費用を負担頂きます。 設備、備品の持ち込み ホットプレートやストーブ・または館内破損の可能性がある室内遊具の持ち込みなど、備え付け以外の道具などのお持込は禁止です。 カセットコンロのお持ち込み可能でございます。火気には十分ご注意いただきますようお願いいたします。 （どうしてもお持込になりたいものがある場合必ず事前にご相談ください。） 宿泊者以外の立ち入り禁止 ご報告頂いている宿泊者様以外の建物への訪問は禁止です。 （万一虚偽の報告があった場合は違約金を申し受けいたします。また悪質な場合は警察へ届け出いたします。） ご予約代表者様の宿泊義務 旅館業法により、ご予約代表者様は必ずご宿泊いただく必要がございます。 もし、代表者様が変更になる場合は必ず変更の連絡をいただきますよう、お願い申し上げます。 室内での喫煙禁止 室内での喫煙は紙タバコを始め、加熱式タバコ等の喫煙も禁止です。 喫煙される場合は玄関横に灰皿を設置しておりますのでそちらでご喫煙をお願いいたします。 室内での喫煙により損傷や匂い残り等が確認された場合はクリーニング代金と修復料をいただきます。 夜21:00時以降の騒音禁止 近隣住民に赤ちゃんやご老人も住まわれております。 夜21:00以降は騒音を立てないよう徹底をよろしくお願いします。 過去に騒音トラブルで警察が駆けつけ、強制で退出いただいたケースもございます。何卒ルール厳守の徹底をお願いします。 家具、備品の配置 施設内の家具、備品はチェックアウト時に可能な限りチェックイン時と同じ状態に戻してくださいますようご協力をお願い致します。 花火は全面禁止です 花火は大小限らず全面禁止とさせていただきます。 発覚した場合は迷惑料をいただきます。 近隣の敷地利用について 近隣民家の敷地には絶対に立入らないようお願いします。もちろん駐車も出来ません。 空き地で花火をしてしまったゲストが過去におりましたが汚されたり迷惑料を請求された場合全額お客様負担となります。 お忘れ物について お忘れ物の保存期限は2週間となります。2週間を過ぎて連絡がない場合は処分となってしまいますのでお早めにご連絡をいただけますと幸いでございます。 また、当施設からお忘れ物のご連絡はいたしませんので、チェックアウト前に必ずご自身でお手回品のご確認をお願いいたします。 お荷物の送付について 当館にホストは住んでおりません。 事前にお荷物を送付する行為等は、チェックインされているゲスト様のご迷惑となるためご遠慮願います。 受け取りができなかった場合や、送付したお荷物の紛失、盗難に関しまして当館は一切の責任を負いかねます。 セキュリティ セキュリティの管理 所持品は宿泊者様が責任を持って管理ください。貴重品を施設内に置いての外出は避けて下さい。 万一、紛失や盗難があった場合、当社は責任を負いかねます。 戸締りの管理 施設の戸締りは宿泊者様の責任でお願い致します。 外出の際は、すべての戸、窓に鍵が掛かっているかをご確認下さい。 万一、施錠の不備で施設内備品が盗難に遭った場合、損害額をご負担頂きます。 お客様の所持品紛失についても、当社は責任を負いかねます。 安全に関する規約 避難方法 万一、火災、災害等が発生した場合は、速やかに避難して下さい。脱出口は玄関になります。 安全に関する保証責任 当社は火災、災害等に関する損害補償、損害賠償を致しかねます。 施設の利用に当たっては火元に厳重注意下さい。 食材に関する保証責任 ご持参された食材の利用は自己責任でお願い致します。 万一、食中毒等を引き起こしても宿主側は責任を負いかねます。 火元の管理 館内での火気の使用は厳禁です。 外出する際は、ストーブやコンロの電源を必ず消してお出かけ下さい。 電気機器の利用方法 TVの利用 PCやゲームを繋いでご利用になる場合はHDMIケーブルをご持参ください。 水道/シャワーの利用方法 冬季の凍結防止 冬季は気温が低いため、夜間に配管が凍結する恐れがあります。 凍結した場合、一定期間使用不能になる可能性がございます。 万一、凍結した場合は弊社までご連絡をください。 寝具（布団）の利用方法 寝具の利用数について ご利用人数分の寝具だけをご利用ください。 もし、人数分以上のリネンをご使用の場合は、追加料金をご請求いたします。 寝具の上での飲食禁止 寝具を清潔に保つため、ベッド・布団の上での飲食はご遠慮下さい。 万一、汚されてしまった場合は別途クリーニング料金をいただきますのでご了承ください。 冷蔵庫、電子レンジの利用方法 当館にはゲスト用の冷蔵庫は備えてございません。 冬季限りにはなりますが、部屋の窓は二重になっており、窓と窓の間に食料品や飲料を置いていただければ、十分に冷やすことができます。 電子レンジは２階客室フロアに1台ご用意がございます。 １階の厨房は、レストラン運営を目的としており、ゲストはご利用いただくことができません。
