①廊下及び客室内で火器などをご使用しないこと。 ②ベッドの中や客室内など、火災の原因となりやすい場所で、喫煙しないこと。 ③高声放歌や喧騒な行為、その他で他人や近隣に嫌悪感を与えたり迷惑を およぼしたりするようなことはしないこと。 ④本建物の建物内や敷地内に次のものを持ち込まないこと。 ⅰ.動物及び鳥類 Ⅱ.悪臭を発するもの Ⅲ.著しく多量な物品 Ⅳ.火薬や揮発油などの発火あるいは引火しやすいもの Ⅴ.適法に所持を許可されていないもの （銃刀法や薬事法で禁止されるものなど） ⑤本建物の建物内や敷地内で、賭博や風紀を害する行為をしないこと。 ⑥みだりに外来者を本建物内に引き入れたい、諸設備、諸物品等を 使用させないこと。 ⑦本建物を事務所や営業所代わりに使用しないこと。 ⑧本建物の諸設備や諸物品をその目的以外の用途に充てないこと。 ⑨本建物の諸物品を外へ持ち出すことや、他の場所に移動させないこと。 ⑩本建物に異物を取り付けすることや、現状を変更するような加工をしないこと。 ⑪本建物の外観を損なうような物を窓や外壁などに掛けたり貼ったりしないこと。 ⑫本建物内で他のお客様に広告物などを配布するような行為はしないこと。 ⑬本建物の共用部分にスーツケースやバッグ、その他所持品を放置しないこと。 ⑭本建物で出前は取らないこと。 ⑮宿泊料は原則前払い。 ⑯宿泊日数の変更は前もって連絡下さい。 但し、状況などによりお引き受けできない場合もあり、予めご承知おき下さい。① Do not use firearms in the corridors or guest rooms. ② Do not smoke in bed, guest rooms, or other places where fires are likely to start. ③ Do not sing loudly, behave in a noisy manner, or do anything else that may disgust or cause a nuisance to other people or neighbors. ④ Do not bring the following items into the building or grounds of this building. i. Animals and birds II. Items that give off a foul odor III. Extremely large quantities of items IV. Items that are flammable or easily flammable, such as gunpowder or volatile oils V. Items that you are not legally permitted to possess (such as items prohibited by the Swords and Firearms Control Law and the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law) ⑤ Do not gamble or engage in any other activities that harm public morals within the building or grounds of this building. ⑥ You must not invite outsiders into the Building or allow them to use the equipment, items, etc. ⑦ You must not use the Building in place of an office or sales office. ⑧ You must not use the Building's equipment and items for any purpose other than their intended purpose. ⑨ You must not take any items from the Building outside or move them to other locations. ⑩ You must not attach any foreign objects to the Building or modify it in a way that changes its current state. ⑪ You must not hang or affix any items to the windows or exterior walls that will damage the appearance of the Building. ⑫ You must not distribute advertising material to other customers within the Building. ⑬ You must not leave suitcases, bags or other belongings in the common areas of the Building. ⑭ You must not order takeout from the Building. ⑮ Accommodation fees must be paid in advance. ⑯ Please contact us in advance if you wish to change the number of nights you wish to stay. However, please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on circumstances.
