Smoking

Smoking is only permitted outside on the balcony, located just outside the 2nd bedroom on the 4th floor.

Please use the provided ashtray for cigarette butts.

BBQ

Guests are welcome to use the BBQ anytime.

After use, please wipe down the grill, empty the grease tray into the bucket (located under the nearby stairs), and return the BBQ to its place under the stairs.

Swimming Pool

The pool is open from June to October.

Adult supervision is required at all times when children are swimming.

Before Checkout

Please gather all trash and recycling in one area (I will take care of disposal).

Collect all used towels in one spot.

Wash any used dishes before leaving.

Pets

Puppy pads and a tray are available in the recycling center.

If a pet has an accident indoors, please let me know so I can give the area extra cleaning to avoid any lingering odors.

Restricted Rooms

There are two rooms marked “No Admittance.”

Please respect these spaces and avoid entering them.
