★ CHECK IN/OUT
- Self Check-in : after 3pm
- Self Check-out : by 11am
- We will clean the room after 11am on the Check-out day without notice so please be on time!
★ DURING YOUR STAY, PLEASE..
- Change the password of door lock.
- Take off your shoes in the room.
- Do not smoke in all areas in the building.
* If there is any cigarette butts or cigarette smell left after you check-out, you will be charged the full amount for the next night.
- Do not bring your pets.
- Turn off AC and heater when you go out.
- Throw trashes outside the building.
* General wastes, recycled wastes, and food wastes should be collected separately, placed in separate plastic bags. You can use any type of plastic bags.
- Be careful of the noise after 9pm. You cannot have a party, play music or make noises loudly at late night.
★ WHEN YOU CHECK OUT, PLEASE..
- Empty the refrigerator and wash the dishes.
- Turn off AC, heater and all electronic devices.
- Do not leave personal belongings in the room.
- Throw all trashes outside the building.
* Please send me the message after you check out.
★ CLEANING/AMENITIES
- Cleaning service is only provided before Check-in. Please note that we will not clean the room during your stay.
- I provide you with personal supplies and towels considering your period of stay and number of people when you check-in. For additional needs, please use the washing machine and drying rack in the room.
- If you need iron, please let me know 48 hours before Check-in.
★ ROOM VENTILATION
- In order to prevent generating mold in the room, Please make sure to keep all windows open little bit when you go out.
★ BATHROOM VENTILATION
- Since there is a consent in the bathroom as you see, if you don't open the window after taking a shower and don't let it ventilate, the bathroom can become damp and cut off electricity. It also makes heating system not working. The circuit breaker must work for your safety, please understand about it. If the situation is severe, the outlet should be dry with a hair dryer. If the problem persists for a long time, it may be necessary to complete electrical work. So please be careful when/after you take a shower. Basically, you better open both windows of bathroom and bedroom for ventilation when you go out and after taking a shower.
★ SEASONINGS
- We do not provide any seasonings(salt, pepper, oil, etc) in the room for preventing hygiene issues.
★ NO PARTY/NOISE
- This is not a space for parties. Please pay attention to the noise. (especially 9pm-9am)
