* Any damage or stains may incur compensation fees.
* The space is cleaned thoroughly and ready for immediate use upon your arrival.
* Amenities provided: toothbrushes (only if you didn’t bring your own), shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, and hand wash.
* Standard trash bags are provided in the cabinet under the induction cooktop for general waste. Please separate the remaining trash and dispose of it behind the terrace.
* Food waste should be placed in the food-waste bags and separated at the roadside collection point.
* Only light cooking is allowed indoors. Heavy cooking such as BBQ or grilling fish is not permitted, as odors do not ventilate well. We appreciate your understanding for the next guests!
* In case of sudden rain, feel free to use the umbrellas stored in the shoe cabinet ☂️
