- Please take your shoes off when entering the house.
- For your safety please lock the doors and close the windows when you are inside. We are not responsible or liable for any personal injuries or loss of personal valuables.
- Only flush toilet paper.
- It is a self check-in apartment, you need to read the Welcome guide and direction that I will send you after you have booked.
- I will charge for tobacco odor, stains, damaged property, noise complaints and any lost wifi devices. - If you lose wifi router, you have to pay for 30,000yen.
- Do not take anything with you without my consent.
- Please use a kitchen exhaust fan when you cook, to carry away odors from your room.
- Please check out on time and close all windows.
- NO pets allowed.
- Do not eat or drink on the beds or futons.
- No smoking on the property.
- Please keep the noise down, especially after 9:00 PM.
- No visitors are allowed in the room at any time. The penalty apply 30000yen.
- Please turn off the lights and the air conditioner when you leave the apartment.
- No parties or events.
- Please treat my house and furniture as you would your own.
- The apartment maintains a family friendly atmosphere so everyone feels comfortable and safe. I ask that you please follow the rules, respect others, and be mindful of the surrounding culture.
