◉After confirming your booking, you will be asked to register your personal details, including your passport, driving licence and other information. Please note that this is in compliance with the law and also to prevent the use of the accommodation for criminal purposes, as it is a house and there are no staff on duty. Please note that the acquired data will be kept strictly for 3 years by the housing management agents, KASHA tokyo (Airtrip Co., Ltd.), as required by law, and will be deleted after that. Please be assured that we will not use the information for any other purpose than the above.
◉A check-in guide will be sent a week before. Please make sure to finish ALL GUESTS' registrations by then. Thank you.
◉No pets allowed.
◉We do not provide additional amenities, so please purchase them as required. No nightclothes are provided.
◉Check-out time is 10am.
If you delay this without pre-arrangement, you will be charged a penalty fee of 15000 yen.
◉Smoking is not permitted on the premises, including in front of the house. In case of smoking, a penalty of 30000 yen will be charged.
