The apartment maintains a family friendly atmosphere so everyone feels comfortable and safe. I ask that you please follow the rules, respect others, and be mindful of the surrounding culture.
- If you are in the trouble, please ask me via agoda site. Please do not ask for caretaker of apartment or building and neighborhood.
- No Additional people in the apartment without permission.The penalty apply $ 100 per guest.

- If you lose the apartment key, you have to pay for 5,000 yen.

宿泊者以外の友人・知人は入室禁止。宿泊予約人数以上の人間が入室していたり宿泊している事が発覚した時点で強制的にチェックアウトをしていただきます。そしてペナルティとして別途３万円を請求致します。
