The apartment maintains a family friendly atmosphere where everyone can feel comfortable and safe.Please follow the rules, respect others, and be mindful of the culture around you.
- No smoking in the house.
- No parties or events.
- No pets.
- There are no companions in the apartment without permission.
Penalty fee is 10000yen JPY.
- Visitor is not allowed in the room at any time.Penalty fee of 30,000 yen will be applied.
Please keep the noise down especially after 9 pm.
- Take off your shoes once you are inside the house.
- Check out on time and close all windows.
- Please turn off the lights and air conditioner when you leave the apartment.
- When cooking, please use the exhaust fan in the kitchen to remove the smell from the room.
- Please flush only toilet paper.
- For your safety, please lock the door and close the windows once inside. We do not take any responsibility for any personal injuries or loss of personal valuables.
- Please treat my home and furniture as if it were your own.

- We charge for cigarette odors, stains, damaged properties, noise complaints, and lost Wi-Fi devices.
