We’re warmly welcoming to all the guests for ensure the secure and quality accommodation and strongly recommend to you please following the regulations as below:

1. Please fill in the accommodation form and payment before check-in.
2. Deadline for time available check-out 12.00 (PM).
3. All explosives such as: guns and flammable materials and illegal drugs are prohibited.
4. Prostitution, sexual abuse of children and gambling of all kinds are prohibited.
5. Cooking and ironing clothes are not allowed in the room / smoking on the bed on the sofa is not allowed.
6. Our guesthouse are not responsible for loss or damage of valuables such as gold, silver, jewelry and money that have not been deposited with the manager.
7. Please do not disturb of other guests.
8. All guests are responsible for all damages done or break anything.
9. Please contact to receptionist if there are any questions or issues to be discussed.
10. Please turn off the lights and air conditioning when you leave the room at any time.
