Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents (non tourists as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.- Please do NOT enter with any kind of bike / electric bike / scooters inside our building or space and lock them outside. - Charging electric bikes or scooters in the apartment / building is strictly prohibited. -For same day bookings made after 10AM, check-in will be from 5PM. Please note, this year will be accompanied by a lot of infrastructure work and railway construction in our area so there may be noises and disturbances during your stay, not on weekends.
