Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents (non tourists as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.For 7 nights reservation guest is entitled for one free cleaning. In a case they booked for less nights or would like to have additional cleaning fees will apply. Change of bed linens and towels : ILS 125 (optional) Extra towels ILS 30 (optional) and extra change of bed linen: 20 ILS (optional) Beach towels are available for an additional charge of 30ILS for a set. During 7 nights stay the apartment is refreshed once a week (changing bed linen once and towels once) Please note the check-in time starts at 16:30 on every Saturday.
