Dear Guest,All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. According to Law 1098 of 2006.If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel.Property requires that the credit card used to make the reservation is presented at check-in with an valid ID. The property reserves the right to reject reservations at check-in if the requirement isn't met.In case that the cardholder isn't the same as the guest, the hotel requires a clear copy of the credit card and photo ID (front and back) signed by the cardholder. The property will cancel any reservation suspicious of using fraudulent credit cards.In accordance with Colombian tax laws, a 19% VAT is applied to Colombian residents and non-residents who do not have the PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 or TP12 visa when entering the country.
