You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.-Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.-A damage deposit of NZD 250 is required on arrival. That's about 206.77SGD. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.-Our reception hours are from 8.30am 10am -2 pm to 6.00pm.{ public holidays 9 am to 10am 2pm -5pm} If you are arriving after 6.00pm, we will contact you 1-day before your check-in to arrange online check-in and advise where you will be able to collect your room key from. If you arrive after 6:00 pm is absolutely fine but you will need to complete the pre check-in process which will be emailed to you approximately 24 hours before your arrival. Once this has been received we will either email or text you our LATE ARRIVAL details before we close Reception. We are open 8.30am-10.00am & 2.00pm-6.00pm weekdays and 9.00am-10.00am & 2.00pm-5.00pm weekends.
