Reservations that involve the date December 31 will have to be paid in full no later than December 1 by deposit or transfer. The New Year's Eve Gala Dinner for adults and children from 7 years old is already included in the total of your reservation. In case of children between 2 and 6 years old, the guest must pay directly at the hotel the amount of 375 MXN for each child for the New Year's Eve Gala Dinner.In case of reservations of 5 rooms or more, the hotel will contact the agency to manage the special conditions for deposit and cancellation. If the hotel cannot communicate with the guest and/or the agency and the deposit is not made under the conditions determined by the hotel, the cancellation of the reservations will be requested.
