Please note that the property offers an express check-out service. The total amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in, while the extra costs will be subsequently charged to the credit card.Please note that each room can accommodate just one pet with maximum weight of 30 kg at a daily surcharge of BRL 70, which must be paid upon arrival. Guests travelling with pets must present valid vaccination documents of the animal. The pet owner is required to sign an agreement term at the check in. Please contact the hotel for further details.According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents.
