The property kindly offers a free shuttle service from the hotel to Manauara Shopping. For more information, contact property directly.Please note that each room can accommodate just one middle-sized pet with maximum weight of 25 kg (or 3 small-sized pets, as long as the total weight is 25 kg) at a daily surcharge of 70 BRL, which must be paid upon arrival. The permanence of the pets is restricted to the apartments. In case you need to move with your pet through the elevators and social areas of the hotel, please use boxes or bags suitable for transportation. Please note that waste cleaning is the responsibility of the owner. In case of damage to the apartment caused by the pet, a maintenance fee will be charged in accordance to the extent of the damage.Guests travelling with pets must present valid vaccination documents of the animal. The pet owner is required to sign an agreement term at the check in. Please contact the hotel for further details.Please note that the property offers express check-out. The full amount of reservation will be charged upon check-in, while extra expenses will automatically be charged later in the same credit card.According to the Brazilian Federal law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult.All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents.
