Please note that Alvalade II Guest House is located on the 3rd floor of a building with no elevator.Please note that 50% of the total amount may be charged anytime after booking when booking the Standard Rate. The remaining 50% of the total amount will be charged on the day of arrival.A surcharge of €10 applies for arrivals after check-in hours from 10pm until 12am and €20 after 12am. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.Late check-out is available until 14:00h at an extra fee of EUR 10.All requests for late arrival and late check out are subject to confirmation by the property.Please inform the property if you plan to arrive after 22:00 .The property does not garantee any check in after 22h/10pm that as not been schedule previously, or if there was no contact before that.The apartment is undergoing maintenance work, so some common areas may be closed for a few hours.
