The apartments are managed by the staff of Hotel Ai Cavalieri, located within walking distance from the property. Use Al Bailo Di Venezia phone number or e-mail to ask for support 24/7.Please note that this property doesn't have a reception desk, and check-in takes place exclusively online. All guests are required to provide the following documents prior to arrival by email :a copy of the passports of all guests staying at the property -a copy of the credit card in order to charge the tourist city tax for every guests and as a garancy in case of incidentals/damages.Without copy of all passports and copy of credit card (number and expiration date) will not be provided access to the apartment.
