Please note that the name on the guest's ID must match the name used for the reservation. A baby cot and a high chair are available at an extra charge of EUR 40 each per stay upon request and availability. Please note that there is a refundable security damage deposit of 1500€ that we will block on your credit card prior to arrival.Information of 22nd of January 2024 from the building syndicate: there will be renovation works as from end of January/ start to February to renovate the facades of the building in the courtyard only. The works will be for a period of around 6 months.The work will take place only during weekdays from 08:00 - 17:00 and on Saturday from 08:00 - 13:00. During this time frame, there will be noise disturbance.
