For advanced purchase rate reservations, a payment link will be sent by the hotel team directly within 72 hours of making your booking. The booking is subject to cancellation if the payment is not received.On arrival a debit or credit card will be authorised at check-in for the total amount of your stay, plus GBP 50.00 per person, per night to cover incidentals.The Duke’s bar is open Monday to Saturday from 15:00- 22:00 with last orders at 22:15. The cognac garden is run as part of the Dukes bar after 19:30Please note, for DUKES Bar we have a walk-in policy for all guests and during peak periods there may be a waiting period.The dress code for DUKES Bar is smart casual. Sportswear, shorts and t-shirts are not permitted with the exception of short-sleeved collared shirts (polo shirts).When booking 5 rooms or more are cased as a group booking, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
