5.Do not use the bedsheets in the closet. These beddings are ready for the next tourists. Use the washer to clean your towels.
6.Please be quiet from 9PM to 7AM.
7.Room cleaning is begin at 11AM on check-out time. Do not extend the check-out time with any reason. The tourists are agree with the roles BEFORE booking.
8.If you don’t check out on time, we receive the cleaning fee. The additional fee will be charged if you check out late.
9.Please pay attention if you do not inform us before the check-out time and delay for cleaning, the additional cleaning fee will be charged.
10.Luggage bag, buggy, and the trash are found out as checking out , the additional handling fee will be charged.
11.The house is just an apartment, not a hotel. Please understand there are no concierge services, daily cleaning, room service, etc.
12.Keep clean in the apartment.
13.Do not have anything shipped to the listing.
