# The hotel has the right to use the credit card details provided at the time of booking to process a credit card pre-authorisation prior to guests’ arrival.
Kindly remind you:
1. Guests may check in from 3:00 PM and check out until 11:00 AM. Guests must bring personal identification documents in order to check in.
2. The hotel has the right to decline guests whose name as shown on their identification documents is different from that shown on the reservation.
3. Guests do not need to wear masks in indoor public areas, but guests who have a fever or other health concerns should still wear masks.
Parking information is as follows:
- The hotel is sharing the underground parking spaces with T.S. Mall A1 building. The entrance is located at the intersection of Zhonghua East Road and Kaixuan Road. The parking spaces on B1 and B2 can be utilised.
- Guests should follow the sign with the hotel name (‘The Place Tainan’) above the driveway. There is a special elevator with a black exterior which guests can use to reach the first floor of the hotel for check-in.
- If there is a queue at the parking lot, guests should drive to the hotel gate and staff will assist them. For more details for transportation, guests may refer to the official hotel website. The address of the hotel is No. 368, Sec. 1, Zhonghua East Road, Tainan East District, Tainan City.
